Our principal investment strategy for the next several years will be "repositioning" and "value add" projects. One Jackson Place is a classic example of a "repositioning" and "value add" project. Apex Properties was able to leverage it's development experience, market knowledge and relationships with MassDevelopment and Mount Wachusett Community College to transform an empty 90,000 SF US Army Intel center into a vibrant "cash stable" property within 18 months. Mount Wachusett Community College is now the anchor tenant for the property. MWCC recently opened a new cutting edge 10,000 SF Bio-tech Manufacturing Center.

We are actively seeking acquisition, project management and property management opportunities in Massachusetts. Our objective is to build a portfolio of real estate assets that are diversified by market segment and property type, in geographical areas receiving economic development focus, that possess strong academic infrastructure and that represent opportunities where we can maximize our expertise, networks and relationships. Apex has successfully completed many lease transactions with large state agencies such as Mount Wachusett Community College, the Registry of Motor Vehicles and the Division of Work Force Development. "Hands-on" experience and an owner/operator/manager perspective underpins our investment strategy.

Through our new equity fund APEX I we offer private investors the opportunity to diversify their investment portfolio's with commercial real estate. Our uniqueness is the simple fact that we are the "Small Cap" alternative to faceless REIT and large LLC fund investments. As an investor you can either be completely passive or be part of the project on our board of advisors. We provide investment opportunities to equity investors ranging from fifty thousand dollars to a million dollars.
